At Anna Calandro Kinesiology and Transformational Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, kinesiology, hypnosis, NLP, and energy healing sessions to support mothers in their transformation journey. We value your investment in yourself and your personal growth, and we strive to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.
This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for all services and digital products.
One-on-One Coaching & Healing Sessions
✔ Bookings are Non-Refundable – Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in personalized sessions, all payments for one-on-one coaching, kinesiology, hypnosis, NLP, or other healing services are final and non-refundable.
✔ Rescheduling Policy – If you need to reschedule your session, we require at least 24 hours' notice via email or message. One reschedule per session is allowed without penalty.
✔ Late Cancellations & No-Shows – If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
Group Coaching Programs & Workshops
✔ Refunds Before the Program Starts – If you have enrolled in a group coaching program or workshop and decide to cancel at least 7 days before the start date, you may request a partial refund (minus a 20% administration fee).
✔ No Refunds After the Program Begins – Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued, as spaces are limited, and program materials are provided upfront.
✔ Transfer Policy – If you are unable to participate in a group program after registering, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session or gift your spot to another participant.
Digital Products & Online Courses
✔ Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, guides, online courses, recordings), all sales are final.
✔ No refunds or exchanges will be granted once access has been provided.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events can occur. If you have a genuine emergency preventing you from attending a booked session or program, please reach out, and we will assess refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
